Quote requests

Submitting a quote request through this website or by email does not create a binding transportation, brokerage, dispatch, or service agreement. A service becomes confirmed only after the shipment details, price, availability, and other conditions have been accepted in writing by the parties.

Quotes and availability

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may change after verification of pickup and delivery locations, trailer type, quantity, condition, route, timing, access requirements, and equipment availability. Pickup, delivery, response, and service times are estimates until confirmed in writing.

Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the requested movement, including locations, trailer type and quantity, trailer condition, access restrictions, special handling requirements, cargo information when applicable, and their authority to request the movement.

Transportation documents

Actual services may be subject to a separate written quote, rate confirmation, transportation agreement, bill of lading, trailer interchange agreement, or other applicable service documents. If these Terms conflict with a service-specific written agreement, the service-specific agreement controls.
